Description

This workshop is based on the ‘ganzfeld experiment’ in which you will be immersed in a homogenous field of sound and light. The experience can lead to auditory and visual hallucinations and is known to alter consciousness and be conducive to inwardly generated images. During the workshop, you will be guided through perceptual exercises to hone your senses and prepare the visual field, before entering into the ganzfeld experience.

The workshop will end with a discussion and reflection on our experiences. Ganzfeld can be deeply relaxing it can also be challenging for some so please be aware of this before you sign up.

This workshop can be an individual experience or a group workshop for 5-10 people lasting 1 to 1.5 hours. This workshop series is individualised and editioned in relation to participants or participating groups. Participants receive a boxed editioned resource, and a certificate of participation to authenticate the artwork edition.

The workshop can also take place virtually – the resource pack will be posted to participants.
